Located in Z-park, the Makers Town provides a complete service system for daily business, intellectual property, affordable apartments and recreational activities.
"Integrating creative space, makers apartments, entrepreneurship life and innovation services, the town is an independent loop where innovators can blaze new trails with our resources," said Diao Jianming, CIO of the Makers Town.

"We want to place the most creative young talents in the most cutting-edge innovation community with a planned construction area of 1.2 million square kilometers," he added.
As a featured park in Zhongguancun, the 768 Creative Industrial Park offers customized administrative areas. There are modern buildings with cozy offices, tall trees along roads and green belts maintained by tenant enterprises.

Carrying forward a pioneering spirit, the creative park embraced the national strategy of Internet Plus, opened its door to the burgeoning enterprise network and merged ground-breaking culture with high-end technologies.
Of the more than 100 enterprises that have settled in the creative park over 90 percent of them are engaged in innovative designs. It's the park's dynamic and vigorous atmosphere that appeals to these enterprises, according to local employees.
