The Germany (Berlin) Overseas Delegate Center, a joint effort of Zhongguancun's Haidian Overseas Students Pioneer Park and Germany Huizhong Industrial Service Center, launched at Zhongguancun Entrepreneurship Hall on April 18.

Headquartered in Berlin, Germany, the Germany Huizhong Industrial Service Center aims to bridge domestic resources with international projects and introduces overseas high-end talent, entrepreneurial teams and high-quality projects to China.

Zhao Xinliang, director of the Haidian Overseas Students Pioneer Park, said, "The overseas delegate office set up in Germany is an important step for the park's initiatives to 'go global'."

He added, "The office will mainly undertake the overseas publicity of the park and screens and introduce overseas outstanding startups, entrepreneurs, and incubators. It will also provide consulting services for overseas expansion of enterprises in the park and strengthen international technology innovation cooperation and exchange."

The park will continue to carry out exchanges and cooperation with other European countries, improve cross-border incubation services and connect with overseas technology, talents, and project resources.

More overseas students and innovative startups are expected to set up businesses in the park and build the park into a "world-class incubator".
