Precision medicine is a medical model for high-efficiency, low-cost prevention and treatment of diseases tailored to individual patients based on their genetic content and life style.
With the aim of "sailing towards precision healthcare", the seminar centered on the research, development and publicity of healthcare products, as well as the construction of a commonweal system for precision health protection.

Medical and healthcare professionals suggested that CPMF should provide specialized preventive services to certain social groups, such as police officers, doctors, nurses, teachers, students, etc.
Xiao Shunling, founder of a special fund for national precision healthcare, noted that their course is born at the digital era and intended to improve everyone's daily lives.
"Literally speaking, our job must be accurate enough so that we can attend to all health sectors and build up an all-around but individualized prevention system," according to Xiao.
