A delegation from the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) appreciated the female entrepreneurship in Beijing's Zhongguancun Inno Way, on May 17.

Intending to take a close look at the trend of startup projects for women in Zhongguancun Science Park (Z-Park), female delegates from 15 countries toured around its innovation street and gave a thumbs-up for what they saw.

Che Weixin, president of the Haidian District Women's Federation, and Nie Lixia, general manager of Inno Way, welcomed the delegation, which consisted of eminent female leaders, and showed them some featured incubation communities along the street.

"The visit will pave the way for more down-to-earth cooperation between Inno Way and the SCO," noted Che.

With the rapid progress of Chinese society, an increasing number of females are ambitious to start their own business and prove that they can do as well as their male peers.

Entrepreneurial opportunities for women in China will continue to take a turn for the better. Females now account for 43 percent of the workforce, while 55 percent of internet-related businesses in China were launched by women.

In the future, Inno Way will ramp up more efforts to offer all-around support for females who seek to pursue their dreams in Zhongguancun Science Park.
