Founded on June 18, 2004 in Wuxi New District (WND), Wuxi, Jiangsu province, Bollhoff (Wuxi) Fastenings Co., Ltd, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Germany’s Bollhoff Group.

The Wuxi subsidiary produces and sells metal and plastic fasteners in China and elsewhere in East Asia. Its main customers include Volkswagen, Ford, Mercedes Benz Daimler, Siemens, Bombardier, and ABB.
