Beijing Hong Hui International Energy Technology Development Company signed up to build its East China's headquarters and a new energy institute in Wuxi National Hi-tech District on Aug 15.
The project will focus on the development of integrated circuits and flywheel energy storage -- an environment-friendly form of energy storage that utilizes an electric motor to drive a flywheel to rotate at high speeds, and then uses the flywheel to drive a generator to generate electricity when needed.

Wuxi Mayor Huang Qin attended the signing ceremony and introduced Wuxi as a city paying great attention to new energy and new industry development. He said the government would support the construction of the project and help with the promotion and application of its new products and technologies.
Beijing Hong Hui International Energy Technology Development Co is a high-tech group focusing on research and development of flywheel technology. Its energy management and energy-saving transformation services have been applied to improve the power quality of integrated circuits factories and reclaim energy from rail transit.
