Zhongguancun International Human Resources Service Alliance established

In order to accelerate the internationalization of Beijing talents and meet the growing demand for international talents in Zhongguancun Science Park, the Zhongguancun Management Committee has actively promoted the establishment of the Zhongguancun International Human Resources Service Alliance.

The mission of the alliance is "to provide international talent services for enterprises in Zhongguancun Science Park, and build a bridge for communication and cooperation between international human resources service organizations and such enterprises."

Focusing on the construction of the talent ecological chain, the first members in the alliance are nearly forty international well-known headhunting agencies, talent assessment agencies, salary and compensation design institutions, universities, key enterprises in the park and technological intermediaries.

Among them, there are nearly twenty headhunting organizations, including Spencer, Guanghui International and Luosheng Consulting --- three out of the top five headhunting organizations in the world. Nearly twenty Zhongguancun enterprises, such as SenseTime, Cambricon, JD, Glodon, and Magvii, have also joined the alliance.

As a connection between human resources organizations and enterprises, the alliance will focus on cutting-edge industries in Beijing, and spare no efforts in introducing top international technological talents and young elite talents.

Liu Jialiang, general manager of Korn Ferry Greater China, said that in recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, vitality of innovation has risen, demand for international talents has been increasing and international human resources services are becoming increasingly diversified, complex and precise.

The clients of such service agencies are no longer exclusively multinational foreign-funded enterprises, but include many Chinese companies. Meanwhile, the focus of talent demands has changed from commercial talents to R&D and innovation talents as well as interdisciplinary talents.

Accurate analysis of big data has been widely used by international human resources organizations. As an internationally renowned headhunting agency, Korn Ferry has gradually increased cooperation with private enterprises, a government-built alliance that provides a significant channel for headhunting agencies to get to know the demands of private enterprises.

Xu Li, CEO of SenseTime, remarked that the strength of one company in talent introduction is limited, so it is necessary to build a core platform like the Zhongguancun International Human Resources Service Alliance to improve the environment for talent development.

After the inauguration ceremony, a theme forum entitled Integration and Innovation Development was held. Guests from government agencies, industry associations, investment institutions, representative enterprises, headhunting institutions and research institutions aired their views on how to effectively use overseas talents to carry out overseas business, and give their advice for the internationalization of talents in the park and the follow-up development of the alliance.
