Thirdly, the competition committee also strengthened cooperation with industry organizations. The contests in nine sub-areas were undertaken by Zhongguancun Frontier Technology Innovation Center, Zhongguancun Silicon Valley Innovation Center, Zhongguancun IC Design Park, Ami Space New Material Incubator, Shenzhen Securities Information Company, Peony Group and other special parks or incubation spaces.
The committee has launched competitions overseas and set up sub-sites in Israel and Silicon Valley. The projects cover ten provinces (cities, districts) as well as the United States, Russia, Israel and other countries.

Through numerous road shows, the contest has become a bridge of cooperation between new ideas and new technologies; the professional comments of experts and authorities, combined with public communication tools, have stimulated strategic investors and financial investors as well as industry leaders to learn about these projects.
Up to now, the contest has received investment and financing requirements from over 500 financial institutions like Zhongguancun Bank, Bank of Beijing, and Huaxia Bank, and more than 100 from enterprises hoping to enter sub-parks such as Haidian, Tongzhou, Pinggu and Yanqing. The Bank of Beijing released a cutting-edge technology loan for these companies.
By the end of November 2018 the Bank of Beijing had established cooperative relationships with sixty three cutting-edge technology companies, providing a total of 830 million yuan of credit financing for forty six leading enterprises.
The fourth feature is promotion of the characteristic development of sub-parks and the progress of projects.
