The Zhongguancun Hard Technology Incubation Platform is registered in Zhongguancun Science Park. Supported by professional technology platforms and incubation service resources, the platform provides technical research and development, concept verification, pilot tests and inspections for tech projects and companies.

It will also provide office space, entrepreneurship counseling, investment and financing, industrial connection, media promotion and other business incubation services to accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and promote the development of technology enterprises.

Since the establishment of the hard technology incubation platform, CETC and Chuangkebang have focused on the implementation of the national innovation-driven development strategy and the important task of building the science and technology innovation center in Beijing.

Following the principle of "complementary, synergistic promotion and win-win development", they will utilize the entrepreneurial environment, market and resources of Zhongguancun to explore the mechanisms of innovation cooperation.

The two sides will rely on their respective resources to jointly set up a collaborative innovation center for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, aiming to foster cooperation between hard technology incubation platforms in Zhongguancun.

In the future, a large number of innovative and market-oriented scientific and technological achievements in CETC will, with the help of Chuangkebang's platform, provide professional services to CETC's internal results and support more market resources to help the project grow rapidly.

The move will also provide financial support for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements (especially through the operation of external social capital), reducing financial pressure during incubation periods.

Meanwhile, innovative technologies, experimental equipment and scientific research personnel within CETC will continue to provide assistance to external innovation and entrepreneurship projects.
