Pinggu Park
In October 2012, with the approval of the State Council, Pinggu Park was set up with an area of 5.1 square kilometers, including four zones in seven places such as Mafang Industrial Park (1, 2, 3), Xinggu (areas A, C and B), Yukou New Energy Block, and the Logistics Base.
The park is constructing a cluster of general aviation and high-end equipment manufacturing with the Beijing General Aviation Industrial Base as its core, a cluster of the high-end food and health industry with Zhongguancun Food Industry Network Development Base in Xinggu Economic Development Zone as its core, a cluster of modern logistics and electronic commerce industry with Pinggu Logistics Base as its core, a cluster of music culture and creative industry with "China Yuegu" as its core, a cluster of rail transportation industry with Beijing Rail Transport Equipment Industrial Base as its core, and a cluster of new energy industry with Beijing Green Energy Industrial Base as its core, and is leading the transformation and upgrading of the regional economy.
At present, Pinggu Park has gathered more than 120 high-tech enterprises, examples of which are Lingze Medical, Persee, Beijing Fule, Beijing Qingdatianda Photoelectric and Sky Rover, and is actively preparing to build the Zhongguancun (Pinggu) Agricultural Science and Technology Frontier Technology Innovation Center.
Preliminary statistics show that in 2018 total enterprise income was 14.40 billion yuan and total profit was 800 million yuan. Next, Pinggu Park will focus on the development of industries such as agriculture science and technology and actively foster the drone industry.
