In the Daxing Biomedical Industry Base, known as the "Chinese Medicine Valley," there is a place called the Zhongguancun Medical Device Park. 

Since its opening in 2017, 168 companies have established themselves in this park, with an annual output value of over 5 billion yuan ($724.38 million), and successfully incubated a group of medical device companies that have mastered high-quality core technologies. The park's Phase II will start recruiting this year, and more high-quality companies are expected to settle here.

This February, assisted reproductive technology was included in medical insurance, which has significance in improving the birth rate. In this park, there is a company called Beijing Sperm Capturer Biotechnology that focuses on male reproductive technology. Currently, the company's technological transformation product -- the artificial intelligence living sperm selection workstation -- has entered the clinical stage before listing.

Another enterprise in the park, Beijing Linkedcare Medical Technology, focuses on independent research and development of core technologies. Its heart disease products cover the three major pipelines of atrial fibrillation, valve, and heart failure. 

The Linkedcare Medical team is composed of senior industry experts, experienced engineers, and managers, with cutting-edge design, processing, and quality control capabilities. 

Since its establishment, Linkedcare has accumulated a total of 51 patent applications, 13 authorizations, and developed several types of medical devices with independent intellectual property rights that are internationally leading.

For instance, the company's independently developed and produced left atrial appendage closure product is made of full titanium alloy, can complete unlocking, operation, and locking with one button, and has an implant size of only 11nm. Its technology can greatly reduce the pain of patients.
