The Kinmen water supply project is of great and far-reaching significance to the development of cross-Straits relations and the well-being of Taiwan compatriots. 

1. The project should be incorporated into the consultation of the cross-Straits top leaders meeting and complete the signing of the agreement between the two sides as soon as possible. 

2. The National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Water Resources and Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council should accelerate the approval process to approve the project as soon as possible. 

3.Strengthen theme-related promotion and media coverage.
