Suggestions:

1. Establish an investment network for overseas Chinese businessmen associations and non-governmental chambers of commerce in countries along the Belt and Road Initiative.

2. Give full play to the functions of the associations and chambers of commerce in organization, coordination, self-discipline and service of business. 

3. Increase support for private enterprises to "go global" in an all-round way.
