Nearly 100 entrepreneurs from Tonglu county in East China's Zhejiang province embarked on a tour to the Hangzhou Technician Institute on Dec 26.
The entrepreneurs learned more about vocational education at the school by taking part in projects related to painting, go-karts, drones and aircraft simulation.
The event comes as part of local government's efforts to strengthen links between enterprises and vocational schools.
A platform designed to improve synergy among the government, enterprises and schools in the cultivation of high-skilled workers was also launched that day.
The Hangzhou Technician Institute is a vocational school with five schools for automobiles, aircraft, rail, mechanical & electrical engineering and business. Two students from the school won titles in the World Skills Competition.
