The Location
The Daxing International C&E and Consumption Hub is situated in the eastern part of Beijing Daxing Airport Economic Zone (Lixian Area), 40km due south of Tian'anmen, and 4km northeast of Daxing International Airport.
The site
The Daxing International C&E and Consumption Hub has an area of 7.8 square kilometers. It runs from Hongli Road in the west to Guangyun Street and Juyuan Street in the east, and from Daxing Airport North Line Expressway in the north to Yanji Road in the south.
Key projects
International Consumption Hub
The Hub is located on the south side of Lixian Station.
Covering an area of 57 ha, it is a rare commercial plot in Beijing that offers large-scale development.
International C&E Center
The International C&E Center is located on the north side of Lixian Station. There is indoor exhibition space over 400,000 square meters. The development will be phased, with Phase I's exhibition space of 200,000 square meters.
Central Park
Central Park is located in the heart of the Lixian Area in Beijing Daxing International Airport Economic Zone. The park has an area of 3.61 square kilometers.
Addressable Market Projection
The addressable market for the International C&E and Consumption Hub is estimated to reach 50Mn visits per year, and the key segments will be transit and arrival/departure (partial) tourists from the airport, business tourists for C&E, and customers from Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
Transport
Urban rail
Inter-city railway: planned Intercity Railway (Phase I) Lixian Station, which is estimated to be established in 2023.
Urban rail: planned Lixian Station and Lixian North Station.
Road transport
Expressways: Daqing-Guangzhou Expressway, Beijing-Taipei Expressway, Daxing Airport Expressway, Daxing Airport North Line Expressway, and Capital Area Loop Expressway are open to traffic.
Arterial roads: Dali Road, Yongxinghe North Road, Guangyun Street, and Yanji Road (partial) are open to traffic, and Hongli Road is also planned (current extension of Nanzhongzhou Road).
