QHDCHI helps transformation of scientific research results

On June 28, the Qinchuangyuan High-quality Development Conference for High-tech Industries (QHDCHI) opened in the Xi'an High-tech Zone.

At the opening ceremony, 10 Qinchuangyuan projects, with a total investment of 11.47 billion yuan ($1.71 billion), were signed, and two platforms, the Sanqi Demonstration Platform and the College Innovation Cooperation Platform, were awarded.

These projects will accelerate the transformation of Qinchuangyuan's scientific and technological achievements and promote the growth of pillar industries and the improvement of the industrial chain.

During the conference, industrial innovation and development forums on optoelectronics, biomedicine, new energy and new materials, high-end equipment manufacturing and new energy vehicles will be held.

A series of key industrial chain activities will be held to attract more innovative entities to participate in the construction of Qinchuangyuan, and to promote high-quality economic development.

Guided by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology and the Xi'an Municipal People's Government, the conference was hosted by the Xi'an Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and the Management Committee of the Xi'an High-tech Zone. 

Local officials and representatives from universities, research institutes, science and technology enterprises and venture capital institutions attended the opening ceremony.
