Shaanxi tour of 2022 National Science and Technology Caravan kicks off

On July 27, 2022 National Science and Technology Caravan , a public welfare exhibition, held a departure ceremony for its Shaanxi tour at the Shaanxi Science and Technology Museum.

The touring exhibition focuses on more than 20 exhibitions based on cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology, aiming to spread scientific spirit, technological achievements and innovative culture.

The four exhibition areas at the ceremony led teenagers to meet technology, experience technology, understand technology, and imagine the future.

The event was co-hosted by the Science and Technology Communication Center of China Association for Science and Technology and iFLYTEK.

At the iFLYTEK booth, intelligent teaching equipment, K12 full-scene teaching resources, AI handwriting beautification, intelligent voice, handwriting recognition and other iFLYTEK core technologies create efficient and intelligent classrooms.

The 2022 National Science and Technology Caravan has toured more than 40 sites in Guangdong, Sichuan and Shandong, and the online activity has benefited more than 120,000 young people.

In the next 15 days, the caravan will visit Xi'an, Yan'an, Hanzhong and other places in Shaanxi province.

In 2018, Xi'an joined hands with the national software company iFlytek to build an artificial intelligence "ecosphere", and establish an artificial intelligence research institute, Silk Road headquarters, and an AI industry acceleration center.

By 2021, iFLYTEK Xi'an Industrial Acceleration Center has incubated more than 100 companies with a total output value of more than 500 million yuan ($74.15 million), bringing together the source of innovation for Shaanxi.
