The 2023 International High Bridge Extreme Sports Invitation Tournament, which is a part of the International Conference of Mountain Tourism and Outdoor Sports 2023, kicked off in Anshun, Southwest China's Guizhou province, on Sept 2.

The tournament saw the participation of 25 athletes from 11 countries, including the Czech Republic, Italy, and Turkey. It consists of two sections, with the second taking place at the Beipanjiang Bridge in Liupanshui from Sept 6 to 7.

Nearly half of the world's top 100 highest bridges and four of the top 10 highest bridges are located in Guizhou. A total of 15 bridges have won 25 international and domestic awards, earning Guizhou the title of "world bridge museum".
