LONGi Hydrogen ALK G Series latest achievements released

LONGi Hydrogen Power Technology Co., Ltd. released its latest alkaline electrolysis hydrogen production equipment, the ALK G Series, on September 12th in Wuxi, Jiangsu province.

The G Series provides a comprehensive solution that offers a larger output, superior applications, higher efficiency, and reduced investment. The product line includes models with production capacities of 1200Nm³/h, 1500Nm³/h, 2000Nm³/h, and 3000Nm³/h, which can be designed and paired according to the hydrogen demand of each project. From the initial design stage, the overall profitability of the project is taken into consideration, maximizing the value of the equipment and providing the best solutions for customers.

The ALK G series products from LONGi Hydrogen have not only achieved technological breakthroughs but also made significant achievements in commercialization. In 2021, during the "14th Five-Year Plan” period, it was explicitly stated that overcoming the key technological challenge of a single electrolyzer with a rated output of 3000Nm³/h was the direction. LONGi Hydrogen has successfully overcome this technical challenge and applied it to hydrogen-rich smelting through commercial orders, replacing carbon with hydrogen, which can increase iron production by 13% and reduce carbon emissions by more than 10%.

LONGi Hydrogen is solving technical challenges such as energy efficiency loss, performance decline, and safety risks on the road to large-scale single slot hydrogen production. They have introduced three key technologies: increasing current density, optimizing the area and quantity of small chambers, and launching the three guardians of safety, reliable manufacturing, and intelligent operation and maintenance. This ensures the core value of LONGi Hydrogen's customers.

During the event, LONGi Hydrogen also held signing ceremonies with Xingguo Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. and Wison Engineering Service Co., Ltd. This marks a strong alliance between equipment manufacturing and engineering design, jointly promoting the development of the green hydrogen industry.

The signing between LONGi Hydrogen and Xingguo Precision Machinery is the world's first signing for a large-scale electrolyzer with a capacity of 3000Nm³/h, which will be used in a hydrogen metallurgy demonstration project. LONGi Hydrogen will work with Xingguo Precision Machinery to cooperatively innovate and tackle key issues in the application of green hydrogen in the metallurgical industry.

The signing between LONGi Hydrogen and Wison Engineering Service will fully utilize each other's advantages and establish a resource sharing platform, jointly promoting the development of green hydrogen and building a zero-carbon future.
