Hello Shenyang! Episode 17 International Shenyang

Shenyang in Liaoning province is releasing a series of videos which explain the keywords of its 17 districts, counties and bureaus. In the last episode of Hello Shenyang, Chen Shuangwei, director of Shenyang foreign affairs bureau, introduces the city's efforts and achievements in promoting opening-up and international cooperation. Shenyang currently has 101 sister cities across 47 countries. This year, the bureau has held "Hello Shenyang" promotional events in Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, France, and Hong Kong, showcasing its charms worldwide.
