The event was witnessed by over 200 attendees, including LONGi Founder and President Li Zhenguo, Vice President She Haifeng, LONGi Chief ScientistDr. Xu Xixiang, as well as global customer representatives, and journalists.
The Hi-MO 9 module is built on efficient HPBC 2.0 cell technology, incorporating a range of advanced technologies. It boasts core advantages such as higher power generation capacity, lower BOS costs, and increased reliability. With a peak power of 660W and a conversion efficiency of up to 24.43%, Hi-MO 9 represents another high-value product created by LONGi through innovative disruption and a deep understanding of customer needs in the global photovoltaic market.
Prior to this release, LONGi had broken the world record for cell efficiency 16 times, establishing itself as a "double champion" in world records for monocrystalline single-junction cells and crystalline-perovskite tandem cells.
The Hi-MO 9, equipped with various unique power generation capabilities, remains unfazed by harsh outdoor conditions such as high temperatures, humidity, and even uneven light exposure, ensuring efficient power generation.
As the flagship new product for LONGi, the Hi-MO 9 is expected to achieve large-scale production in the fourth quarter of this year, marking a significant milestone for the company.
