Yulin has established itself as a frontrunner of Shaanxi province, presenting 18 national geographical indication (GI) products. This accomplishment highlights Yulin's dedication to harnessing its unique local resources and transforming them into competitive market brands.

Yulin's national GI products encompass a diverse array of agricultural and food items, including red dates, lamb, crabapples, soybeans, potatoes, and buckwheat.

National GI products are those that originate from specific regions. Their quality, reputation, or other characteristics are intrinsically linked to their geographical origin, which is influenced by both natural and human factors.
