Guyuan will host the 3rd Liupanshan Red Culture Tourism Festival and Agro-Cultural Tourism Consumer Promotion Event from Sept 17 to Oct 13. The festival offers a unique blend of agriculture, culture, and tourism, creating an immersive, educational experience rooted in revolutionary traditions.
The festival encompasses a wide range of activities, including cultural performances, sporting events, literary exchanges, educational workshops, and art exhibitions. These diverse offerings aim to showcase the rich allure and contemporary relevance of Guyuan's culture.
The opening ceremony will take place on Sept 17 at the Jiangtaibao Red Army Long March Memorial Square in Xiji county, featuring a revolutionary culture-themed drama, along with presentations of agricultural and cultural tourism resources from various counties and districts, accompanied by artistic performances.
Additionally, there will be exhibitions and sales of local agricultural products, cultural creations, and tourism goods, allowing visitors to engage with Guyuan's cultural heritage and local customs through interactive experiences and live demonstrations.
A series of activities will follow, including a village basketball tournament, storytelling sessions, youth study tours, a photography exhibition, folk music gatherings, and traditional singing performances.
These activities highlight the integration of revolutionary culture with tourism, agriculture, sports, and the arts, creating a multidimensional platform that strengthens rural vitalization and cultural exchange.
