Held over three days, the competition included events such as the ninth edition of China’s radio calisthenics routine, traditional wellness exercises based on Baduanjin, and Guozhuang dance performances.

“Radio calisthenics may seem simple, but achieving perfect synchronization among 20 team members requires immense practice and persistence,” team members noted as they reflected on their preparation for the competition.

Participants trained during work breaks, after shifts and on weekends while maintaining their regular duties, refining their routine in preparation for the national competition.
