Hainan provides visa-free entry to nationals from 86 countries

With the combination of Hainan's 59-country visa-free entry policy, China's mutual visa exemption agreements and China's unilateral visa-free policy, people from 86 countries can now visit Hainan without a visa.
Countires eligible for 30-day visa-free entry to Hainan for tourism, business, exchanges and family visits, medical treatment, exhibitions, or sports competitions (excluding work and study):
Albania, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, the Republic of Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Montenegro, the Netherlands, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, the Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Countries with bilateral visa-exemption agreements not included in the above countries:
Antigua and Barbuda, Armenia, Azerbaijan, the Bahamas, Barbados, Dominica, Ecuador, Fiji, Georgia, Grenada, Maldives, Mauritius, San Marino, Samoa, Seychelles, Solomon Islands, Suriname, Tonga, Uzbekistan.
Countires with unilateral visa-free access not included in the above countries:
Andorra, Bahrain, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Peru, Uruguay.
Note: In case of any discrepancies, the Chinese version of visa policy issued by the immigration authority shall prevail.
