Malanshan reforms to strengthen industrial ecology

Malanshan Video Cultural and Creative Industrial Park has initiated a vital institutional reform with the official launch of Hunan Malanshan Group and Changsha Malanshan Publicity and Culture Center, marking a pivotal shift from park management to ecological operation and injecting new impetus into the high-quality development of the park as of Jan 28.

Operating under the management model of "provincially affiliated and municipally administered", Hunan Malanshan Group focuses on core fields such as audio and video. It has established three major business segments and set up four subsidiary companies, building an open and collaborative innovation system.

The original Administrative Committee of Malanshan Video Cultural and Creative Industrial Park has been renamed and upgraded to the Publicity and Culture Center. Its functions have been optimized to concentrate on Party building, publicity and cultural services, among other tasks. Together, these two platforms act as dual engines for the park's development.

The unveiling is based on the park's years of industrial accumulation. Going forward, the dual platforms will provide professional operation and precise services, helping Malanshan establish itself as a world-influential base for the digital video industry chain and offering a new institutional model for the integrated development of culture and technology.
