ACFTU kicks off Ningxia tour with performances honoring workers

The Art Troupe of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions (ACFTU) launched its 10-day tour on June 15 in the Ningxia Hui autonomous region, under the theme "The Chinese Nation as One Family, Jointly Building the Chinese Dream."

The troupe is delivering 10 performances for workers from June 15 to 24 across Yinchuan, Ningdong, Shizuishan, and Wuzhong, paying tribute to ordinary workers who have contributed to the region's development.

Centered on ethnic unity, the tour has also highlighted the dignity and value of work, with renowned vocalists and actors showcasing brilliant performances. During the tour, Chen Sisi, a famous soprano and deputy head of the troupe, alongside acclaimed vocalist Yang Zhuqing, will perform some of their signature songs. At the same time, well-known actor Shang Daqing and comedian Chen Yinquan will perform witty, humorous pieces, including Beautiful Ningxia. 

With singing, dancing, comedy sketches, and live music, the tour has created a high-standard celebration for workers.

As the workers' art troupe, the group always stays true to its grassroots mission of serving workers. These 10 shows in Ningxia are more than just public cultural events; they are a powerful expression of spiritual strength that brings people closer together.
