A dedicated cooking area offered freshly seared steaks, boiled beef balls, and Jingyuan crispy beef pies, drawing widespread praise from buyers and the public alike. Many visitors stopped to sample the food, discuss purchases, and explore bulk orders, resulting in a number of preliminary deals.
Guyuan is located in one of the world's prime beef-producing belts, where its natural environment produces pure, premium-quality Guyuan yellow cattle, a high-end, eco-friendly ingredient with strong market appeal.
Supported by the national Liupan Mountain cattle industry cluster, Guyuan keeps a herd of over 1.15 million head and generates more than 28 billion yuan ($4.17 billion) across the full industrial chain. Its processing and sales network covers the complete range of product categories and use scenarios, reaching major cities nationwide.
