The Fourth Liupan Mountain Red Culture Tourism Festival opened on Sept 17 at the stadium in Longde county, Guyuan, Ningxia Hui autonomous region, promoting visits to sites tied to China's revolutionary history.
Five themed routes have been unveiled, including a red-themed hike at the Renshanhe Martyrs Cemetery, an educational tour of the Liupan Mountain Red Army Long March scenic area, commemorative programs at the Jiangtaibao Memorial Park marking the Red Army's Long March reunion, and a heritage trail at a secret underground liaison station in Pengyang county.

On the same day, the festival also featured a multi-sector exhibition covering agriculture, culture, tourism, commerce, and sports, a seminar on red tourism development, and a special performance.
This year's festival features eight major events, including a mass recitation of the famous poem Qingping Yue: Liupan Mountain, red study tours and exchanges, public welfare activities, a youth study season, online promotional campaigns, and a commemorative stamp launch.
Together, they form an integrated program across a main venue and satellite venues, online and offline, offering revolutionary history education, cultural performances, industry showcases, and tourism experiences.
