Launched in 2023 by State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power Co, the platform enables construction units to share equipment resources through centralized data management and intelligent scheduling, replacing fragmented, labor-intensive practices.

The system provides real-time information on equipment locations, availability, and maintenance status, with a geographic information system (GIS) map allowing users to track equipment across the province. Its intelligent matching function connects project requirements with idle machinery, while automated scheduling helps determine optimal equipment allocations based on project locations, deadlines, and equipment availability.

During construction of the Gansu-Zhejiang ultra-high-voltage transmission project, State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power Co helped overcome flood-damaged access roads by introducing a 51-meter-span mechanized bridge, which is described as the largest of its kind in the world. The innovation was subsequently documented in the platform's case library.

The initiative has improved equipment utilization, reduced construction costs, and strengthened coordination among power construction units. State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power Co plans to further upgrade the platform, expand its services, and support safer, more efficient grid construction across Shaanxi.
