Workers from State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power Co Lueyang County Branch rushed to repair a circuit breaker failure on Sept 20 at a grain-drying facility in Changba village, Hanzhong, after the equipment broke down following prolonged operation under heavy loads. The team returned the next day to inspect electrical equipment and address potential safety hazards, helping ensure a reliable power supply for drying rice grown on 480 mu (32 hectares) of local high-altitude farmland.

Across the province, power supply companies have tailored their services to local agricultural needs. In Yulin, workers ensured reliable electricity for Shaanxi's 2026 Chinese Farmers' Harvest Festival on Sept 23 in Hongdunjie town, Jingbian county. In other areas, teams have visited orchards, vegetable farms, mushroom-growing bases, and grain-processing sites to inspect electrical equipment, promote safe electricity use, and help farmers harvest crops.

In Xianyang, workers have helped farmers harvest corn, while teams in Hanzhong helped gather rice and eliminate electrical hazards at grain-processing facilities. Similar services in Baoji, Ankang, Tongchuan, and Shangluo supported fruit harvesting and the processing of local agricultural products.
