Since mid-September, service teams have inspected electrical equipment, addressed safety hazards, and provided guidance on safe electricity use at agricultural bases, orchards, and cold storage facilities.
In Xi'an's Gaoling district, workers checked irrigation pumps, refrigeration systems, and grape sorting and packaging equipment to help ensure smooth harvesting and storage. In Yan'an, inspections covered power lines and distribution equipment in 105 villages, with targeted support for pear orchards and fruit storage facilities. The local power company has provided 46 services for agricultural irrigation and fruit storage and processing, and eliminated 19 electrical hazards.
In Weinan, service teams provided dedicated power support for a sweet potato industry promotion event and inspected equipment at a standardized planting base covering more than 1,000 mu (67 hectares).
In Shangluo's Shangnan county, workers examined refrigeration systems and electrical equipment at a kiwifruit storage facility, identifying and resolving two potential safety hazards.
Reliable electricity is essential for irrigation, processing, and cold storage, helping farmers protect fresh produce, reduce losses, and increase income.
