On Wednesday, Michelin-starred restaurant, Lu Shang Lu, hosted the launch of the Diaohongyun 2020 vintage, a limited edition red wine from Diaoyutai, in the heart of Beijing.
The wine is made from grapes harvested at the Yuanshi Vineyard, nestled in the gently undulating eastern foothills of the Helan Mountains in the Ningxia Hui autonomous region.
Bathed in over 3,000 hours of sunlight a year, the region sets the stage for a wine known for its rich flavor, maturity, and impeccable balance.
With its refreshing fruity aroma, lively character, and refined tannins, Diaohongyun embodies the essence of Chinese wine and the art of fine dining.
