Jinfeng district in Yinchuan, Ningxia welcomed a total of 2.24 million visitors, a year-on-year increase of 73.06 percent, during the National Day holiday from Oct 1 to 7. Revenue of 100.23 million yuan ($14.19 million) was raised by local businesses, representing a year-on-year growth of 35.11 percent.

Jinfeng district's Cultural Tourism Sports and Broadcasting Bureau launched 18 activities in collaboration with local attractions, featuring over 100 unique events across seven themes, such as National Day celebrations, night performances, food festivals and parent-child educational programs. In addition, 1,000 discounted tickets for popular spots were issued, enhancing the holiday economy's vibrancy.

Before the holiday, Jinfeng district was filled with national flags and blooming flowers, creating a festive atmosphere. Phoenix Fantasy City and the Flower Expo Garden showcased stunning light shows that adorned traditional architecture with a modern touch. At Xinhua Department Store CC Park, thousands of visitors celebrated the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China by waving flags and singing. Lanshan attracted 240,000 visitors over seven days for its "most beautiful sunset". The upgraded Flower Expo Garden offered an immersive night tour with a 3.9-kilometer promenade and ocean penguin pavilion.

Yinchuan Cultural and Art Expo Center used AR, VR, 5D, and AI technologies to create interactive experiences, with projects like The Mysterious Miracle and Hometown of the Stars blending history and modern culture. 

The Ningxia Geological Museum launched a National Day parent-child event, where participants learned about the history of National Day, made handmade "China maps" and wrote messages to the country, fostering patriotism through interactive engagement.
