
The 10th China University Student Human Resource Innovation and Practice Competition (HRU) national finals were held in Beijing from Nov 21 to 23.
Led by teachers Yang Yan, Yan Tian'an, Deng Jianwei and Huang Jieping, the student team from Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) won the group grand prize, marking the sixth time that BIT has received this top honor in the competition.
During the finals, events such as a seminar on the development of digital human resources courses were also held. As a representative of the guiding teachers, Yang Tian'an introduced the achievements of BIT in nurturing talent under the concept of management and engineering integration with AI+HI.
The HRU competition has been held for 10 editions so far. After intense competition among 302 universities across eight major regions nationwide, over one thousand participants from 100 universities have emerged as finalists. Cumulatively, nearly 90,000 students from more than 400 universities have participated in the competition.
