Recently, the cargo ship Lucky River, carrying 27,000 metric tons of quartz sand, arrived at the Laizhou port area of Yantai Port in Shandong province from Malaysia and finished unloading, marking the first quartz sand business transaction carried out by the Shandong Port International Trade Group as well as the first quartz sand import whole supply chain service business transaction for Shandong Port Group.

It also marked a new breakthrough in the innovative collaborative development mode between Yantai Port and Shandong Port International Trade Group, creating a model for the integration of promoting the development of new port formats.

In the next step, Yantai Port and Shandong Port International Trade Group will continue to promote all-round effective integration and strengthen their linkage under the guidance of "comprehensive integration". The two sides will continue to enrich the chain and integrated service mode of "trade plus", meet the diversified needs of customers, and provide successful cases and models for Shandong Port Group's integrated development of traditional and emerging businesses.
