SPG, Ngow Hock Group ink strategic cooperation agreement
The signing ceremony for the strategic cooperation agreement between SPG and Ngow Hock Group was held online on June 16. Huo Gaoyuan, chairman of SPG, and Chen Shuming, chairman of Ngow Hock Group attended the ceremony and delivered speeches. Ma Deliang from SPG and Borvornsint Tanthuwanit from Ngow Hock Group gave brief introductions and signed the agreement.
The cooperation agreement marked the fruitful outcome of SPG's efforts in pursing the Belt and Road Initiative, as well as the achievement of prompting high-quality development and cooperation under the RCEP framework. The two parties, according to the principles of resourse sharing, advantages complementation, mutual cooperation and equality, will boost their collaboration in various businesses such as informatization, sea-rail multiple transportation and port operation management, thus pursuing a comprehensive cooperation at a higher level.
Huo highlighted that he hopes the two parties will make joint efforts and intensify communication, so as to expand their cooperation in all aspects and new sectors, thus providing a premium customized service, which is safer, more efficient and more convenient, and taking the responsibility to make contributions to developing both China and Thailand economically.
SPG and Ngow Hock Group share vast cooperation potential and space, Chen said. Their cooperation not only helped with Ngow Hock Group's rapid business growth in China, but also promoted their business collaboration in Thailand and other areas. The online signing ceremony showed the leapfrog development in digitization. Both SPG and Ngow Hock Group expect to build a closer partnership and establish intensive communication channels to achieve more and have better outcomes.
