In 2014, SPG Yantai Port established the "Winning Consortium" with Shandong Weiqiao Pioneering Group, Singapore's Winning Group, and Guinea's UMS Company to carry out the port construction, mining, and road and bridge building in the Boke District of Guinea, aiming to create a whole-process "Guinea-China" bauxite logistics chain. In 2022, the terminal handled 47.23 million metric tons of cargo, and the total handling volume exceeded 280 million tons.
