Shandong Port Group's Yubei Inland Port in Baishan town, Boai county, Central China's Henan province, was recently put into use.

On Nov 29, the inauguration ceremony and business negotiation meeting for the inland port were held in Boai county, Jiaozuo city.

During the meeting, Shandong Port Logistics Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Boai county.

The port is located at the intersection of four lines: Xinyue, Taijiao, Houyue and Jiaoliu, and it is rich in imports and exports of coal, non-ferrous metals and rubber. With its advantageous geographical location and abundant sources of goods, the Yubei Inland Port will provide comprehensive supply chain services integrating loading and unloading, warehousing, and transportation to import and export enterprises.

The Yubei Inland Port will help Shandong Port Group (SPG) enhance its service capabilities and boost the development of Jiaozuo city and Boai county, It will also contribute to environmental protection and the high-quality development of the Yellow River basin.

SPG will capitalize on the opportunity presented by the Yubei Inland Port. It will take advantage of being the sole sea gate in the Yellow River basin by strengthening partnerships with local governments and collaborating with railways, customs, and shipping companies. The aim is to bring in more high-quality resources and enhance the overall functioning of inland ports.
