Ren Zefeng, Party secretary of Huangshan in Anhui province, and Sun Yong, mayor of Huangshan led a delegation from Huangshan to inspect the progress of regional cooperation between Huanshan and Quzhou, East China's Zhejiang province.

Xu Wenguang, Party secretary of Quzhou, and Tang Feifan, Quzhou's mayor, attended the work exchange symposium between officials from the two cities, explained the situation of economic and social development, and had in-depth exchanges with the Huangshan officials on promoting the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta region.

The two parties also signed strategic cooperation agreements on five aspects:

They agreed to establish a multilevel and all-for-one mechanism for regular inter-governmental cooperation and exchange, and establish channels of communication for major trans-regional projects and construction of major platforms.

The two parties will promote the construction of a demonstration zone for in-depth tourism cooperation between Quzhou and Huangshan.

Quzhou and Huangshan will strengthen cooperation and exchanges in featured agriculture, especially in the green food industry, and promote brands of featured agricultural products in the two cities.

The two cities will promote ecological co-governance.

Quzhou and Huangshan will deepen exchanges and cooperation in social development.
