Jiaxing in East China's Zhejiang province will hold a meeting at the Shanghai International Convention Center in Shanghai on Oct 15 to promote itself and attract investment, local media reported.

As a city in the Yangtze River Delta heavily influenced by Shanghai, Jiaxing has ramped up efforts to take part in the national strategy for the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta in recent years.

The following activities will be held on the day of the meeting:

1. Editor-in-chief of a State-run media outlet will discuss the business environment in Jiaxing.

2. High-level industrial parks and the High-Speed New City in Jiaxing will be introduced.

3. "Jiasuyun", the first online platform in Zhejiang exclusively for investment, will be launched.

4. A signing ceremony for high-quality projects will be held.
