The exhibition area for the Luming Future Community – located in Quzhou city, in East China's Zhejiang province – was recently opened to the public, according to local media reports on Dec 2.

Future communities in urban areas and future villages in rural areas are innovative residential clusters, which pursue an eco-friendly and a digitalized rural lifestyle. Future villages encourage people to explore methods of development that include innovation, technology and cultural enrichment.

The site of the Luming Future Community's exhibition area covers 3,000 square meters and the floor space of the entire complex will be 650,000 sq m when construction is completed. There will be 53 buildings in total, including 43 residential buildings, one kindergarten, two office buildings, seven commercial buildings and support facilities.

The nascent future communities – with their focus on harmony, green development, intelligence and communal sharing – are designed to improve the quality of life of their residents.

Quzhou city has also established a team to promote the project, focusing on improving the development processes, on-site and online interactions and the integration of various linkages.
