The city will proceed with the promotion of digital transformation to allow more intercity affairs to be handled through one system and promote the application of electronic business licenses.

At the same time, reforms will be launched to simplify the approval procedures for administrative services like business registration, building permits, water, power and gas supply services and real estate registration.

To form a more open and convenient investment environment, the city will help enterprises to apply for electronic payment to simplify customs clearance procedures and continue to improve the online comprehensive service platform for cross-border e-commerce pilot areas.

In addition, to promote innovative development, the city will foster intellectual property alliances to strengthen protection and application of intellectual property rights and increase funding for scientific research.
