Sitrivi Dmitry Nikivlovich, a Russian expert in applied chemistry, has been working at Juhua Group Corporation in Quzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, for 28 years.

He is the technical director of the company and has devoted himself to the development of the company's fluorine chemical industry.

He has solved many important technical problems for the company, trained a large number of professional scientific and technological talent for the fluorine chemical industry, and led important scientific research on fluorine chemical industry technology.

Today, at the age of 90, he refuses to retire, passing on his experience to young technicians.

In the course of more than 20 years, he has been awarded many honors, including being named "the most influential foreign expert on the 40th anniversary of reform and opening-up" by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, receiving the “Award for Contributions to Peoples Friendship” from the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and becoming Zhejiang province's first "foreign model worker".

In September 2019, he was invited to participate in a reception of foreign experts to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China held at the Great Hall of the People, which is an affirmation of his outstanding contributions to the country's fluorine chemical industry.
