Jiaxing in East China's Zhejiang province inked cooperation agreement with the Beijing International Studies University (BISU) on May 29, local media reported.

The both sides will fully utilize their advantages in transportation, natural environment, history, cultural resources, talent, and scientific research to help Jiaxing achieve high-quality economic and social development.

BISU will cooperate with Jiaxing in education by cultivating foreign language talents, training foreign language teachers, and building foreign language disciplines.

Their cooperation in tourism mainly focuses on training of tourism employees according to the requirements of local tourism industry and design of travel routes.

BISU will also assist Jiaxing in developing red tourism resources, creating red tourism products, and promoting red culture to stimulate the vitality of the red tourism resources in the city.
