Lishui delegates arrive in Hangzhou for provincial two sessions

Lishui-based lawmakers and political advisors participating in Zhejiang province's two sessions arrived in Hangzhou on Jan 12, carrying their motions and proposals to make contributions to Zhejiang's modernization and development.

This year's Zhejiang provincial two sessions refer to the Third Session of the 14th Zhejiang Provincial People's Conference, the legislative body, and the Third Session of the 13th Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the political advisory body.

Zhou Haihong, a lawmaker from Suichang county and assistant principal at Suichang Jinxiu Yucai Education Group School, proposed further improvement for the vocational education system in mountainous counties and emphasized the importance of the positive psychological development of teenagers in these areas.

Fan Qingwei, a CPPCC member and deputy director of the Lishui municipal agriculture and rural affairs bureau, focused on the development of rural clusters and proposed suggestions including conducting pilot projects for rural cluster development and creating common development units.

Dai Yong, another lawmaker from Qingtian county and technical supervisor at Qingtian Qiubao Valve Components Co, highlighted the need for more talent in mountainous counties. This year, he plans to submit a motion on differentiated and innovative recruitment policies tailored for these areas.
