The first digital light tower capable of transmitting 5G signals was launched at Jianhu Lake Resort in Keqiao district, Shaoxing on July 16.

Designed by China Tower, the light tower is 40 meters in height and integrates functions including 5G signal transmission, lighting, and advertising.

The tower has become a popular spot for visitors, said a staff member of Jianhu Lake Resort.

According to the Shaoxing branch of China Tower, it is an innovative practice to turn 5G base stations into local landmarks.
