The Dream Three Kingdoms 2 2023MPL Summer Finals and an interactive cosplay event were held at the E-Games Town in Shangyu district, Shaoxing on June 10.

Dream Three Kingdoms 2 was independently developed by Electronic Soul. The game integrates historical documents into its characters and gameplay design, combined with digital gaming technology, to recreate and portray historical figures of the Three Kingdoms period (220-280).

The game introduces various types of instance modes based on stories during the Three Kingdoms period, allowing players to learn about historical culture during the competitive process.

On Nov 5, 2021, the Hangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee announced that Dream Three Kingdoms 2 was selected as an official competition event for the e-sports category of the Hangzhou Asian Games.

In July 2022, Electronic Soul and the E-Games Town Training Center completed a signing ceremony and began preparations for the Asian Games by setting up operations in the town.

The head of the E-Games Town stated that the town provides single apartments for players and offers dedicated base service personnel and personalized logistical support so that players can be in the best physical and mental condition to compete.

In the future, the E-Games Town will continue to promote the deep integration and mutual promotion of the anime gaming industry and e-sports industry in Shangyu district.
