Cao'e River International Graffiti Week opens

The Cao'e River International Graffiti Week officially began in Shangyu district, Shaoxing, on April 27.

In addition to captivating performances, the event showcased numerous outstanding graffiti artworks. These pieces, whether vibrant and eye-catching or profound and understated, brimmed with the creativity and inspiration of the artists.

Lu Zongjie, a top graffiti artist in China, remarked during his speech that graffiti art has become another attraction of Shangyu, known as the "city of youth," showcasing the city's inclusivity and openness.

The local government said that through this event, more talented graffiti artists will be attracted to Shangyu, leaving behind outstanding works of art and creating a more creative cultural hub.
