Carrying forward TCM, for the health of everybody

Despite being located in a remote village, Zhang Binghui's Xiangquan health clinic still sees an endless stream of people from different places. With his vast array of medical knowledge and skills, he has cured a myriad of diseases and illnesses.

Zhang Binghui reads voraciously during his limited downtime, striving to improve and expand his already extensive medical knowledge. He has visited Beijing and other places to further his studies and has received personal guidance from TCM experts at the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.

As a member of a TCM family, Zhang Binghui is hopeful that his medical skills continue to be passed from generation to generation.

In 2009, Zhang Binghui's son, Zhang Jinbin, graduated from Southwest Medical University with a bachelor's degree in medicine and obtained doctor qualification certificates.

For some reason, though, Zhang Jinbin has chosen a different path from his father, opting to teach instead of heal. As a nursing school teacher, Zhang Jinbin organized training for rural doctors and was honored as an outstanding teacher for rural doctor training in Fujian province. Chen Jinde, the son-in-law of Zhang Binghui, has also obtained the qualifications to become a doctor. He has started a clinic and is inheriting the medical skills of the Zhang family.
